Acne, medically known as acne vulgaris, a skin disease, comprising the sebaceous gland at the base of hair follicles. It is common during puberty when the sebaceous (oil) glands come to life – the glands are stimulated by male hormones by the adrenal glands of both men and women.
Acne is not dangerous, but can leave skin scars.In people, pimples have put tends to appear on the face, back, chest, shoulders and neck.Simply – skin cells, sebum and hair can clump together into a plug, this plug becomes infected bacteria, causing a swelling. A pimple starts to develop when the plug begins to break down.
Causes Of Acne
No one is quite sure what causes acne. But increasing androgen levels make grow the oil glands under the skin; the enlarged gland produces more oil. Excessive sebum can break down cell walls in your pores, allowing bacteria to grow.Some medications that contain androgen and lithium, can cause acne. Greasy cosmetics can cause acne in some sensitive people. Hormonal changes during pregnancy can cause acne or develop for the first time, or re-start.
How To Get Rid Of Acne
-Wash your face about twice a day. No more washing. Use a mild soap made for people with acne, and hot water. The skin scrub.
-Try not to burst the pimples. You may push further down the infection, thereby blocking more and worse swelling and redness.
-Your skin needs to breathe. If your acne is on your back, shoulders or chest try wearing loose clothing.
-Do not sleep with makeup on.
-Too much sun can cause your skin to produce more sebum.
-If you shave your face, do it well. Use either an electric razor or safety razors.
